Facts: High sugar intake is associated with greater risk of tooth decay, type 2 diabetes and obesity.
Excessive sugar intake fuels chronic inflammation and worsens pain.
Tips: look at the labels, make a note of your intake, make a swap.
For ll year olds and over keep the daily amount under 30g or seven sugar cubes.
